Request access, a correction or deletion
Use this page's privacy-request form or email [[CONTACT_EMAIL]]. You can request a copy of
your personal information, correct information, ask for account deletion or exercise another
applicable privacy right. You can contact us even if you cannot sign in.
What account deletion changes
After an appropriately verified deletion request, account access ends and we remove or de-identify relevant active data under the Privacy Notice. You can lose progression, fictional currency, inventory, apartment access and designs associated with the account.
Some communications already received by others, copies outside our control, and limited records retained for lawful security, dispute or legal purposes may remain. Deleting a browser cookie alone does not delete AI provider records.
Signed-in players can deactivate from the account portal (multi-step confirm). Privacy email placeholders remain under legal review.
