These Terms govern interactive play and accounts for Arcology Project / Concordia (play hosts arco.host / s0ld.com; public site arcologyproject.com), operated by [[OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME]] ("Concordia," "we," "us"). They include the Community Rules. Our Privacy Notice explains information handling.

You agree to these Terms when you create an account, sign in (including with a social provider), or expressly accept an updated version. Interactive play requires an account. If you do not agree, do not use interactive game features. You may still read public legal and help pages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement where you live. Accounts are personal. Do not create an account for someone below the permitted age or misrepresent eligibility.

Accounts & sign-in

Email login. Your account email is the primary sign-in identifier. A public @handle (and optional display name) may exist separately for in-world identity.
Password. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential. Use the password-reset flow if you forget them; reset links expire quickly.
Social sign-in. When enabled, you may sign in with providers such as Google or Discord. We receive the provider identifiers and email those services share with us for account linking.
Two-factor & passkeys. You may enable authenticator-app codes (TOTP) or passkeys when offered. Phone/SMS verification may be offered later through a telephony provider; standard message rates may apply from your carrier.
One person, one account. Do not sell, share, or transfer accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or Community Rules.

Virtual currency

Copper, silver and gold are fictional gameplay units. Inventory objects, virtual apartments and game balances provide limited in-game functionality. They are not legal currency, deposits, investments, precious metals or real property. The current game does not provide a real-money currency purchase, cash redemption or external trading system.

Content, AI & moderation

You retain rights in original content you submit, and grant Concordia a license to host and display it for operating the service. AI characters and systems may process prompts you send for gameplay. We may moderate, remove content, or restrict features to protect players and the world. See Community Rules and AI conduct pages on the Legal hub.

Availability & changes

The service is provided as available. Features, maps, and systems may change. We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material updates where permitted by law.
