REVIEW DRAFT — not final. Placeholder text adapted from the Arcology / Concordia legal pack (ops/Concordia_Legal_Policies_and_Signup_Handoff_DRAFT_v1.pdf / ops/arcology-splash-pack.txt). Complete facts, verify site behavior, and obtain qualified legal review before treating as published policy. Placeholders like [[CONTACT_EMAIL]] remain unresolved. No new email on this domain.

Who you are talking to

KLIK, FWEEEET, GRAAWW, Zoggoling, Bzzt and Nurrrk are fictional AI characters in Concordia. They are not human staff. Some dialogue is scripted, and some replies use external AI services. The interface identifies the kind of response when it matters, including an offline or scripted fallback.

A character's personality, apparent feelings, affinity or relationship with your avatar belongs to the fiction. It does not establish a human relationship, real authority or a confidential professional service. AI characters cannot change the site's legal policies or make binding real-world commitments for its operator.

What happens to a prompt

When you choose free-text AI dialogue, Concordia sends the prompt and disclosed context through its bridge to the selected Grok Bot service. Your prompt is not kept only inside your browser. Provider retention and training fields remain pack placeholders ([[AI_PROCESSING_SUMMARY]], [[CONCORDIA_AI_TRAINING_PRACTICE]]).

Do not include passwords, payment information, identity documents or highly sensitive personal information in an AI conversation.
