History

Public timeline for Arcology One — shared Earth record first, then Concordia authorship from Ari Odelo ~2058. Established anchors first; later Concordia dates are working reconstructions. Campaign solutions stay in Story Mode.

Public timeline

Scope

Concordia (Section 0) opened in 2090. Play present is 2490. Arcology One grew into one connected structure with ten numbered sections (0–9). The Laser District is early-access Story space inside Section 0 — not the entire core.

Status labels: established = locked public anchor · working = inherited reconstruction pending adoption · disputed = public event with conflicting accounts. No hidden “true” tooltip on this page. FACT badges below mark the shared Earth record; LORE marks Concordia authorship from Odelo onward.

Timeline

One spine. The physics did not change at Opening. Longer Earth notes — Soleri, paper cities, machines, prototypes — live on Arcology history.

ASI (public mystery)

ASI is the official name of the original central intelligence. Its disappearance around 2180 is a major disputed historical event. Public materials may name the mystery and attributed folklore. They do not publish reconstruction recipes or campaign solutions. Short definition: Glossary · ASI.

Earth history of the idea (Crystal Palace, Otis, Bessemer, Soleri, Arcosanti, Biosphere 2, paper cities) lives in depth on Arcology history. Those events are real Earth record — true in this world — but they are not Concordia’s founding chapter. LORE authorship on this spine begins at 2058.
