Educational / speculative model. Not Concordia operations. Not a live plant.
Residential load is people times a kW-per-person guess. Climate, farms, and transit are extra megawatts. Generation is three stacked sketches: compact fusion (unbuilt as a municipal trailer plant), BIPV (real products; city-scale yield invented here), and piezo (real demos; tiny). If generation falls below load, the bar turns warm and the surplus goes negative. That is arithmetic, not prophecy.
Essay behind the sliders: Power.
It assumes a single islanded bus, no storage, no weather, no maintenance outages. Those omissions are the point: a Museum visitor can feel the budget without being told Concordia’s actual mix — which this wiki does not publish as canon.
